Automatic lathe turning parts refer to parts made by turning on automatic lathes.

Automatic lathes are highly automated machine tools. During the processing, the workpiece rotates and the tool moves along the surface of the workpiece to obtain the required shape and size by removing excess material. Its processing principle is similar to that of ordinary lathes, but automatic lathes can automatically complete multiple processing procedures according to pre-set programs, such as turning outer circles, turning inner holes, turning threads, etc.
For example, when processing a simple cylindrical shaft part, the automatic lathe will automatically clamp and rotate the bar, and the tool moves in the axial direction (Z axis) and radial direction (X axis) according to the program instructions, gradually turning out the required diameter and length dimensions.
